As I have previously mentioned, I graduated from Central Saint Martins in London.
And I always have in mind that I will be an artist, one day. So I need to keep healthy!
I have calculated that it would be possible if I manage to live at least to 70, 80 or even 100 years old...
So here is my daily plan to reach 80 while being active and healthy.
Healthy & organic food
Mediterranean diet including good organic olive oil, fish once a week, organic dark chocolate, and a lot of organic veggies and fruits! (No red meat and organic chicken maybe once a month)
Supplements including Omega 3 & 6. I get mine (Omenutrics) from a Belgian company and I absolutely recommend it.

30 min of High Intensity Activity. I cycle at home, listening to Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire or Lizzo. I need a good sweat as it is test way to release the stress building up.
